Digital learning division kicks off with Legal & General

Legal & General is a British financial firm. Its products and services include life insurance, general insurance, pensions and investment management. The firm presented us with an exciting challenge as far back as 2007. The company wanted to radically revamp its brand and boost its profile across a competitive global stage.

The new branding was nothing like its previous marketing strategy. So different, the company feared a backlash from employees. We took it upon ourselves to win Legal & General’s staff over. And our efforts paid off. To get employees on board, we created a specially tailoured training programme. It was used by all departments, including customer services, marketing and the firm’s top executives.

Throughout the year-long project, we created roughly a hundred visually striking PDFs, brochures and training guides. The documents were viewable across all devices and were print and online friendly.
